We've Been Nominated For An Award!!
We are delighted to announce that The Hungry Plaice Has Been Named As One Of The Top 5 Mobile Fish & Chip Operators At The National Fish & Chip Awards 2023.
We were very pleased to receive the news that we were recently shortlisted at the National Fish & Chips Awards 2023 as one of the Top 5 Mobile Operators.
Having worked in the Industry for a number of years it is an honour to be recognised for such a coveted award by industry experts.
The National Fish & Chip Awards have been in operation for 30 years and are the industry leading awards who raises standards in the industry supporting Fish and Chip businesses across the UK.
The top 5 will be shortlisted to the final 3 with the Winner to be announced at an awards ceremony in February 2023.
The last few years have been a huge challenge for us, like so many small businesses across the world the COVID pandemic was a time of huge worry for us and we were extremely lucky to get through, we continue to battle with the financial pressures of the cost of living crisis but consider ourselves fortunate to be going strong and growing as a business.
We would of course be totally overwhelmed to WIN this prestigious it would mean so much to us to be recognised in our Industry but being shortlisted has already surpassed our expectations for which we are truly grateful.
We would like to wish all the other mobile operators in our category good luck in the final round.
